We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing customer relationships and a deep understanding of the real estate development market in Dubai. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies and processes that align with the company's goals.
  • Manage and optimize the CRM system to ensure effective customer data management.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on CRM performance, providing actionable insights to improve customer engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in CRM and the real estate industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CRM role, with at least 3 years in the real estate development sector in Dubai.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
